Day 1: HANOI – TUAN CHAU PORT – HA LONG BAY – LAN HA BAY / BRIGHT & DARK CAVES – BAMBOO BOAT – SUNSET PARTY – OVERNIGHT ON AQUA OF THE SEAS CRUISE (Buffet Lunch, Vietnamese Dinner)

  • 08:00 – 09:00 Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.12:00 pmYou come to the waiting room at No 11 Tuan Chau international port
  • 12:30 You will board a speedboat to move to cruise. The captain – manager and crew members on board will greet you with a welcome drink – and provide safety instructions on board before handing over your room keys.
  • 13:00 Enjoy buffet lunch at the restaurant – panoramic view at Lan Ha Bay.
  • 14:45 Continue the journey to the Bright & Dark Cave. You are free to rest – you can sit on a bamboo boat rowed by locals, visit and explore wild beauty here.
  • 16:30 Back to the Cruise for swimming at Area nearby of the Cruise. Returning to cruise, guests are free to rest on the yacht – do not miss the sundeck area to catch the sunset.
  • 17:15 Enjoy afternoon tea or join a Vietnamese cooking class.
  • 19:30 You are served dinner in a luxurious and romantic restaurant space
  • 21:30 Enjoy the magical view of Lan Ha Bay at night at the bar, karaoke or on the sundeck – squid fishing near the night will help you relax – have a good night’s sleep bar.

Day 2: DAY 2: TAICHI – TRA BAU – KAYAK – TUAN CHAU PORT – HANOI (Breakfast, Buffet Lunch)

  • 06:00 – 6.30 You participate in the Tai Chi session on the sundeck AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise – watch the sunrise in the fresh air and dreamy scenery along with gentle music on Lan Ha Bay – a new day begins.
  • 06.30 – 07.30 Enjoy breakfast.
  • 07.30 – 08.30 The yacht moves near Ba Trai Dao (or Vung Tra Bau) beach in Lan Ha Bay with 400 large and small islands here. Kayaking – bathing is the ideal activity when coming to the bay.
  • 09:30 Your check-out procedures
  • 09:45 Enjoy a buffet lunch with many new dishes – Vietnamese cuisine
  • 10.45 – 11:30 AQUA OF THE SEAS cruise ship docked in Tuan Chau – ending the cruise on the bay, the car will take you back to Hanoi

How can I pay?

We will send you the payment link (VTC system) and the tour confirmation. In addition, we have flexible payment methods as below:
– Banking transfer
– Pay on arrival in cash or card at our office (applied only for walk-in customers)

What if I change my plan?

Customer satisfaction forms the heart of everything we do. When you intend to change the booking date, just contact us 3 days before the departure date; we take no charge for it. If you change within 3 days, we will be flexible to support but it depends on the service you have booked with us (some services we connect with our partners so that we can’t refund if the departure comes close)

What is the cancelation policy?

Before 72 hours: Full refund
Before 48 hours: 50% charge
Before 24 hours: 75% charge
Within 24 hours: Full charge
Suppose the reason for cancellation is from our side or due to force majeure (informed by the third party). In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and support searching for alternative transportation with the equivalent standard. If customers do not accept the alternative, we will refund your booking 100%.

Are we still traveling when the weather is bad?

We do trek in the wind, cruise in the rain, and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason and we get a notification from the local department, you can delay the service or get a full refund. We will inform you as soon as possible.

Cat Ba Trip Words cannot express how wonderful Chris and his team were in booking our trip to Cat Bah Island. We had heard about Ha Long Bay, but didn't know how to get there. Everything we read seemed confusing on how to get there. We didn't know anything about Cat Bah Island. We walked into the office in Hanoi and Chris walked us through what our trip would be like, but the trip far exceeded our expectations. We road the bus from Hanoi to Cat Bah, took a ferry over to the island and stayed in a beautiful hotel over long the bay. Oh did I forget to tell you that we also had a lovely lunch when we got to the island.Harry was our guide in trekking up to the top of the national park on Campbell island. He was knowledgeable, helpful and funny. He was very concerned about safety and was always there to lend a helping hand to make it up the tight areas. That trip was well worth going to the island.The next day we went on a cruise ship well out into the bay. It was an all-day event, including a wonderful lunch. Many different items both hot and cold. It was delicious!Our trip ended the next day with a walk along the beach and a beautiful lunch before we went back to the mainland.I cannot forget to mention both Dai and Tinh to my list of thank yous. They both did an incredible job in making our trip the best ever.I highly recommend you booking any trips with this group of Wonderful people. By the way not only did we book this first trip with them but then we turned around and also ask them to put together a trip to Ninh Binh. That was also a wonderful trip and so easy for us because of all the work behind the scenes.
