  • 7:45 Pick up from hotels in the area of 1/4 (Mot Thang Tu) street - Tung Dinh - Nui Ngoc. If you stay out of this area, kindly contact us for the most convenient pick-up point.
  • 8:15 Check-in the cruise and enjoy welcome drinks. The tour guide then provides key information about the cruise, itineraries, and other notes.
  • 8:30 Visit the poetic scenery of Cai Beo ancient fishing village constantly appears with floating houses lying along the mountainside.
  • 10:15 Do kayaking to discover stunning limestone structure in DARK CAVE AND BRIGHT CAVE area
  • 12:30 Lunch served with Cat Ba fresh seafood and Vietnamese traditional food. Kindly inform us if you have special request for food vegetarian, The boat moves to the Ba Trai Dao Beach area (Three Peach Islets) where you can enjoy white sandy beaches and charming mountain scenery, swim among the cleanest part of Lan Ha Bay (snorkeling activity depends on the tide level and weather condition)

What if I change my plan?

Customer satisfaction forms the heart of everything we do. When you intend to change the booking date, just contact us 3 days before the departure date; we take no charge for it. If you change within 3 days, we will be flexible to support but it depends on the service you have booked with us (some services we connect with our partners so that we can’t refund if the departure comes close)

What is the cancelation policy?

Before 72 hours: Full refund
Before 48 hours: 50% charge
Before 24 hours: 75% charge
Within 24 hours: Full charge
Suppose the reason for cancellation is from our side or due to force majeure (informed by the third party). In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and support searching for alternative transportation with the equivalent standard. If customers do not accept the alternative, we will refund your booking 100%.

Cat Ba Trip Words cannot express how wonderful Chris and his team were in booking our trip to Cat Bah Island. We had heard about Ha Long Bay, but didn't know how to get there. Everything we read seemed confusing on how to get there. We didn't know anything about Cat Bah Island. We walked into the office in Hanoi and Chris walked us through what our trip would be like, but the trip far exceeded our expectations. We road the bus from Hanoi to Cat Bah, took a ferry over to the island and stayed in a beautiful hotel over long the bay. Oh did I forget to tell you that we also had a lovely lunch when we got to the island.Harry was our guide in trekking up to the top of the national park on Campbell island. He was knowledgeable, helpful and funny. He was very concerned about safety and was always there to lend a helping hand to make it up the tight areas. That trip was well worth going to the island.The next day we went on a cruise ship well out into the bay. It was an all-day event, including a wonderful lunch. Many different items both hot and cold. It was delicious!Our trip ended the next day with a walk along the beach and a beautiful lunch before we went back to the mainland.I cannot forget to mention both Dai and Tinh to my list of thank yous. They both did an incredible job in making our trip the best ever.I highly recommend you booking any trips with this group of Wonderful people. By the way not only did we book this first trip with them but then we turned around and also ask them to put together a trip to Ninh Binh. That was also a wonderful trip and so easy for us because of all the work behind the scenes.
